Placement of orders
To place an order, choose the requested goods under products, specify the amount and add them to the cart. The view the content of cart, choose “View cart” where you can alter or delete the content of the cart where necessary. When you have added the necessary products to the cart, you can place the order. For that you need to fill in all mandatory fields. Check the data you have entered and press the button “submit order”. You can pay for the goods with the bank link. The accepted currency is euro.
Boss Trading LTD is the controller of personal data.
Time of delivery and transportation
The time of delivery is 3-4 days.
Products ordered on Saturday/Sunday are posted on Monday.
If the delivery is delayed for some reason, we shall notify you thereof.
The delivery of goods takes place via Itella SmartPOST. The goods are generally delivered to customers within 3 working days after the payment of invoice.
If you have not received a parcel message after 7 days, be sure to contact us immediately!
Return of goods and warranty
The customers have the right to return the ordered goods to the seller within 14 days after the receipt of goods.
If you purchased the goods from the internet or elsewhere besides the shop (phone, mail or door-to-door sale), you are also entitled to cancel the purchase and return the goods within 14 days for whichever reason and without specifying a reason.

The returned goods must be unused and in original packaging. The amount paid for the goods together with the postage charges shall be refunded to your account within 5 business days.
